Reporting an error

What we can't do

We are not a repair shop and cannot diagnose an individual vehicle or appliance by email, recommend a specific shop, or give binding cost quotes. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, or you smell gas, see smoke, notice burning or suspect carbon monoxide, do not wait for an email reply: leave the area if necessary and contact the emergency services, your gas utility or a qualified professional right away.
