Brakes, ABS & Chassis Trouble Codes: List & Fixes
These codes come from the ABS, traction control, stability control, electronic parking brake, power steering and suspension systems. With an ABS fault, normal braking usually still works but the wheels can lock under hard braking – drive with extra distance. Wheel speed sensors, their wiring and damaged or dirty tone rings are frequent causes; brake hydraulics and ABS modules are shop work.
