Body Systems Trouble Codes: List & Fixes
Body system codes come from modules that run the cabin and exterior equipment: airbags (SRS), seat belts, climate control, lighting, wipers, doors, locks, windows and seats. A low 12-volt battery or a recent battery disconnection can set several body codes at once, so check the battery first. Airbag and seat belt pretensioner faults are professional-only work because of the risk of accidental deployment.
