Dryer Error Codes: All Brands
Dryer error codes usually concern airflow, heat or sensors: a clogged lint screen or exhaust vent, an overheating condition, a failed thermistor or moisture sensor, or a door switch. A blocked vent not only slows drying but is a fire risk, so clean the lint screen every load and check the vent run to the outside regularly. On gas dryers, anything involving the burner or gas valve is work for a qualified technician.
