That is a generous window, so FL rarely comes from a slightly slow supply – it usually means almost no water is getting in, or the level signal isn't reaching the control. Verify the supply
Check that both faucets are fully open and that water runs normally at a nearby tap. Speed Queen specifies 20 to 120 psi at the inlets – a well pump that is cycling low or a clogged whole-house filter can drop below that.
Clean the inlet screens
Close the faucets, unscrew the hoses at the washer and pull out or brush the mesh screens. Heavy scale or rust flakes are common on older houses and well water; replace the screens if they're torn.

Look for kinks where the hoses bend down behind the washer. Flush each hose into a bucket; if the stream is weak with the faucet wide open, the hose is restricted inside.
