Rule out the simple things
Make sure the door closes fully and nothing like foil covers the oven floor or vent. On gas ranges, check that the shutoff valve behind the range is fully open (handle in line with the pipe) and that the cooktop burners light normally.
Reset and watch a bake
Unplug the range or switch off the breaker for a few minutes, then start Bake at 350°F. On a gas oven, look through the slot in the oven floor: the igniter should glow bright orange and a flame should appear within about a minute and a half. On electric, the bottom element should glow within a few minutes.
